PULSE
PMSA and Proviso East students participate in a partnership program with Loyola University Medical Center students and staff. PULSE (Proviso United with Loyola Students for Educational Enrichment) provides our students with the opportunity to be mentored by Stritch School of Medicine medical students.
Activities include a tour of the medical school, cardiovascular medicine, panel discussion, suturing clinic, sports medicine, the emergency room, and a field trip to the Body Works exhibit at the Museum of Science and Industry. This is an exciting chance for our students who are interested in a medically-related career to see it in action. |
